1. What are your opening hours?
We are open every day from 8.15 AM to 7PM.
2.Why is it best to book online?
Online prices are 15% cheaper than in-store. Storage is also included for bookings for more than 3 days.
3.When can I collect the equipment, I ordered online?
You can collect equipment ordered from after 4pm of the day before the start of the hire or on the same day.
4. When do I have to return the hired equipment?
We kindly ask you to return the hired equipment BEFORE 5pm of the last day.
5. How old can a child be to qualify for Children’s Ski Hire?
A. We classify children as under 12 years of age, or length of skis no longer than 140 and boot size under 38.
anything over these measurements is classified as an adult.
6. Are skis and snowboards serviced before hire?
All our skis and boards are serviced including waxing and edging before hire.
7. Do you have ski / snowboard storage?
Yes. Storage is free for those booking online for hire of more than 3 days! Our storage is in the Eydallin Sport shop at
the bottom of the Clotes ski slope.
8. Can I change skis, snowboards, or boots if I need to?
Yes, you can change ski boots free of charge.
If you change skis for the same category, you will be charged 10€.
If you change skis and upgrade category, you will be charged the difference.
If you change from skis to snowboards or vice versa you will be charged 20€.
9. Do you service private skis and snowboards (wax and edges)?
Yes, we can service your own equipment.
Only wax is 15€
Wax and edges are €24.
Full service €30
We kindly ask you to bring the skis or snowboard to the shop by 6pm and it will be ready to collect the next morning
anytime after 8.15am.
10. Do you offer insurance?
Yes, we offer insurance on the hired equipment. Unfortunately, there isn’t an opton to add it online, but you can choose to add it directly when you collect the equipment.
11. How close are you to the ski area?
We are located right at the bottom of the Clotes slope. It’s just a short 2-minute walk or a quick ride on the magic
carpet to reach the Clotes chairlift, which is suitable for intermediate and advanced skiers. Additionally, it’s about a 5
minute walk to the Sportinia chairlift, recommended for beginners and those at a lower intermediate level.
