1. What are your opening hours?

  • We are open every day from 8.15 AM to 7PM.

2.Why is it best to book online?

  • Booking online gives you great benefits:
  • 10% discount compared to in-store prices
  • Free ski storage included for rentals of 3 days or more

3.When and where can I pick up and return my skis/snowboard?

You can collect your equipment:

  • The afternoon before your rental starts (from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM)
  • Or the same morning of your first ski day
  • Please return your equipment before 5:00 PM on the last day of your rental.

4. Do you offer group discounts?

Yes! Email us at eydallinsport2020@gmail.com with:

  • Number of people in the group
  • Rental duration
  • Pick-up date and time

We’ll send a custom quote once we have everyone’s details (ski level, boots/helmet needs, etc.). We require a single group payment at least 10 days in advance. If that’s not possible, each person can book individually through our online system.

5. Can I book ski storage without renting equipment?

You can’t book storage online, but feel free to email us at eydallinsport2020@gmail.com to request it.

  • Cost: €25 per week (includes skis, poles, and boots).
  • During busy weeks, priority is given to customers renting full equipment.

6. Can I change my skis, boots, or snowboard during the week

Yes—our team is happy to help:

  • Boot changes: Free of charge
  • Skis (same category): €10
  • Ski upgrade: Pay the difference
  • Switch from skis to snowboard (or vice versa): €20

7. Do you service the equipment during the week?

Yes! If your rental gear needs adjustments, bring it in—we’ll take care of it quickly. If you’d like your skis re-serviced with fresh wax and edges, there is a €10 charge.

8. Can I change skis, snowboards, or boots if I need to?

Yes, you can change ski boots free of charge.

  • If you change skis for the same category, you will be charged 10€.
  • If you change skis and upgrade category, you will be charged the difference.
  • If you change from skis to snowboards or vice versa you will be charged 20€.

 

9. Do you service private skis and snowboards?

Yes!

  • Wax only: €10
  • Wax + edges: €22
  • Full service: €30
  • Please drop your equipment off by 5:30 PM and it will be ready the next morning after 8:15 AM

10. What counts as Children’s Ski Hire?

Children’s rates apply if:

  • The child is under 12 years old
  • Skis are 140 cm or shorter
  • Boots are size 38 (UK 5) or smaller

Anything above these limits is classified as adult equipment.

11. Do you offer insurance on hired equipment?

Yes!
While insurance can’t be added online, you can request it in-store when collecting your equipment.

12. Do I need to bring a printed confirmation?

No need to print anything. Just give us your name at the shop.
If needed, show us your email confirmation on your phone.  

13. Are skis and snowboards serviced before hire?

Yes—every piece of equipment is waxed and edged before going out, ensuring top performance and safety.  

13. Do you provide ski and snowboard storage?

Yes!
Free storage is included with online bookings of more than 3 days.
Our storage is located in the shop at the bottom of the Clotes slope, perfect for dropping off your gear after skiing.

15. Can I rent just boots, skis, or a helmet separately?

Yes! You can rent individual items like boots, skis, helmets, or poles.
Online, you’ll only be able to book skis—for other items, please ask in-store when you arrive.

15. Do your staff speak English?

Yes! Our staff speak English, Italian, and some speak French—so don’t worry if Italian isn’t your first language.
