A quick guide to checking in and picking up your skis in Eydallin Sport
1. Come to the Shop
After booking online, you can pick up your equipment:
a) The afternoon before, from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
b) or on the morning of your first day of skiing.
No need to print anything: just give us your name or show us your confirmation email on your phone.
Where are we? At the foot of the Clotes ski slope.
2. Quick Check-In
Fill in the form on the iPad with your details:
Name, date of birth, telephone number, hotel or accommodation, height, weight and skiing level.
Your level is used to adjust the bindings correctly: it may be different from the skiing level selected when booking.
3. Boot Fitting
You will be given a ticket to access the boot fitting area.
We recommend wearing the same socks you will wear on the slopes.
The boots should fit snugly—even a little tight at first. This is normal!
For a proper fit:
Lace up your boots securely. Bend your knees forward, resting your shins on the front of the boot. This will slide your heel back and create space for your toes. You should be able to move your toes slightly, but your heel should remain in place.
Our team will be there to help you if you have any questions or concerns about the fit.
4. Skis, poles and helmet

That’s it—you’re ready to enjoy the slopes!
